Depending on the type of immigration petition and any Request for Evidence (RFE) issues raised, we offer a wide range of expert opinion letters to help support your case. Our professional opinion letters, whether for specialty occupation, education and work experience evaluations, extraordinary ability or other matters, are authored by experienced university professors who are either "College Level Officials" with authority to grant credit or "Recognized Authorities" with expertise in their specialties per the USCIS regulations.  Combined with the experience and professional expertise crafted over 40 years working in the international education and immigration employment industries, your expert letter will address the requirements for your case and provide a compelling basis for approval.  We offer both rush and standard  fees for the expert opinion letters, which can be reviewed on the Immigration Services pages at www.myiee.org/immigration.
